Navigating with the renewed Code of Conduct for Research Integrity - novelties and challenges ahead

When: 3rd December 2026 (10:00 – 17:00)

Where: Radboudumc, Nijmegen

We are excited to announce that the NRIN Annual Symposium 2026, with the central theme ‘Navigating with the renewed Dutch Code of Conduct for Research Integrity – novelties and challenges ahead’, will be held on 3rd December 2026 at Radboudumc (see location here: link).

This year’s symposium will feature a plenary discussion on the renewed Dutch Code of Conduct for Research Integrity and thematic workshop sessions designed to encourage interactive discussions and mutual learning on the relevance of the mandates and duties of care from the code to the different stakeholders (e.g. policy advisors, members of research integrity committees, confidential advisors on research integrity, researchers and educators). There will also be plenty of opportunities for networking!

The symposium is a free onsite event (registration required!) open to both the Dutch (Universities and Hogescholen) and international academic communities.

We invite academics, researchers, students, policy advisors, confidential advisors, members of research integrity committees and other non-academic staff to join us at this event, which promises to spark discussions and critical reflections on the novelties of the revised Code, the opportunities and challenges ahead!
