Irma Meijerman is associate professor in Pharmacology of the department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Science, and a Senior Fellow (SF) of the Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning (CAT), at Utrecht University. As Senior Fellow (SF) she is involved in projects supporting teachers that want to get engaged in educational scholarship, like Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). Irma is the co-author of the Utrecht Roadmap for SoTL, involved in the organisation of the yearly Utrecht SoTL-conference, and part of the assessment committee of SoTL-grants for teachers. She is also Vice President Europe of the International Society for SoTL (ISSOTL). Irma also has considerable experience in curriculum development, honours teaching, and research-based teaching, especially within the field of pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences.
