VIRT2UE training in The Netherlands
The VIRT2UE project developed a blended learning train-the-trainer program to foster researchers’ moral virtues. Trainers will be trained to train others to train the VIRT2UE program. You can become a VIRT2UE trainer too!
The organization has developed an adapted version consisting of four online meetings and one face-to-face training day, and a back-up plan if the face-to-face training can’t take place due to the pandemic. You’re cordially invited to take part in this training. Participants of the VIRT2UE training get certified when they train ten other new trainers.
The training consists of four online meetings and one face-to-face meeting. In case we have to decide not to have a face-to-face training we will have two extra online meetings instead (one in the week in which the face-to-face training was planned and one extra date in March). Please note that the training also includes practicing and evaluating the exercises in between the meetings, so please take this into account (especially since there is not that much time between the first and second meeting of the Wednesday groups).
